Manage Billing

Under the billing section of your profile, you can upgrade or downgrade your account plan, see when your subscription renews, manager membership, add an update, payment method, and cancel your subscription via a self service method.

If you click the manage membership button, you will see information like the start date of your subscription, last renewal, next payment, trial, information, and various actions. You’ll also be able to see related orders/invoices.

You can also change your billing address if needed.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, click the red cancel button on this page, and confirm. It’s that easy. You will have access to the platform until the end of your billing cycle, and then your subscription will be canceled and you’ll need to resubscribe to regain access.

Please note that we will store your generations for up to 60 days, but after 60 days of not holding an active subscription, we may choose to delete account information.
